Pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Lika Utama Engineering Medan

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap
kinerja karyawab pada PT. Lika Utama Engineering Medan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 30
orang karyawan tahun 2019, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu
teknik pengambilan sampel dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Analisis data
menggunakan uji Regresi Linear Sederhana, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji koefisien
determinasi (R2), uji parsial (uji t), sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja mampu menjelaskan keberadaannya
terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, selain itu secara parsial variabel motivasi kerja tidak
berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Lika Utama
Engineering.
